Peter Frankfort is a Managing Director of Townsend Street Capital and plays a leadership role in deal sourcing as well as transaction execution. He brings a deep M&A skillset to TSC as a career investment banker for more than 20 years.

Peter leads TSC’s Aerospace and Defense industry focus and has worked with companies of all sizes across nearly all aspects of the supply chain. He also leads TSC’s efforts across broader Industrials and Manufacturing markets with a specific focus on companies with highly engineered products and systems, specialty materials, advanced technologies, mission-critical applications, stringent quality requirements and high precision manufacturing. These sectors have included medical equipment, satellite communications, semiconductors, electronics, robotics and automation, among others.

Peter is also a Managing Director of Greenwich Capital Group. Prior to GCG, Peter was an investment banker for approximately 15 years with Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he served as a leader of the Aerospace and Defense and Industrials practices and was based in the firm’s Detroit, New York and Los Angeles offices.

Peter is also a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss American Screw Products.
