Andrew Dickow

Managing Director

Andrew Dickow brings over 15 years of experience in M&A and business operations to TSC. In addition to an extensive background in M&A, Andrew brings a wealth of experience as a finance leader for General Mills for nearly eight years. Andrew held numerous roles, such as the interim CFO for General Mills South Africa, where he managed all day-to-day operations within the finance function. Other roles included M&A Lead for General Mills Latin America, where he led and managed acquisitions throughout the region and spent three years as a Financial Controller for a manufacturing facility with a $130 million operating budget, 20 manufacturing lines, and 12 platforms. Andrew has visited and worked directly with over 75 food manufacturing and consumer product facilities across North America, South America, Europe, and South Africa. During his career, he gained experience with plant consolidations and integrations, including financial modeling of pre-and post-consolidation scenarios, labor analysis, asset deployment strategy, synergies assessments, and systems integration implementation.

Andrew is also currently a Managing Director for Greenwich Capital Group, where he leads the Food & Beverage and Consumer practice. Andrew primarily works with middle-market clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and capital raises in various industries. Andrew also co-owns 1701 Hospitality, Inc., which operates four restaurants within downtown Detroit and Birmingham, Michigan. Andrew is a minority shareholder and Board Member of Pop Daddy Snacks, a Michigan-based ready-to-eat popcorn company that has helped grow to a national brand sold in over 10,000 stores across the U.S. and Canada. Andrew currently sits on the Board of Directors of Drought Juice, Vade Nutrition, and the Advisory Board for National Food Group. Andrew is a shareholder in several Food & Beverage sector companies, including Native Pet and 86 Repairs.

 

He has been recognized by dbusiness magazine in their “30 in their 30’s” feature in 2017 and won the Association for Corporate Growth Award for “Rising M&A Star” in 2018. Crain's Business has also recognized Andrew in their "40 Under 40" feature in 2020. Andrew is seen as the go-to source for food and beverage and consumer products expertise and has been cited in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal.
